All quotations include VAT and other Thai government taxes. Golf Orient reserve the right to adjust the costs of services provided in the event of changes in the rates of taxes.

50% deposit for all reservations should be paid to secure bookings at least 1 month before the date of arrival. Full pre-payment of the booking should be received by Phuket Golf Holiday 4 days before the arrival of tour participants.

If a booking is received within 1 month of the date of arrival , to secure the reservation the 50% deposit should be paid immediately the booking is made.

Payment of all invoices must be made to Phuket Golf Holiday’s Thailand bank account by way of Telex or SWIFT Bank Transfer. All bank charges and fees (if any) shall be for client account.

• 7 days before arrival 50%
• 4 days before arrival 75%
• Less than 3 days 100%

• The vehicle carries insurance cover for any driver against fire, theft and collision.
• In case of accident, the hirer agrees to pay the first Baht10,000 for any damages.
• The hirer must possess a valid international or local driving licence.
• The driver must be at least 18 years of age.
• The hirer and owner must check the condition of the vehicle before the start of the hire and mutually agree on the condition of the vehicle.
• Additional days hire at Baht1,600 per day.
• In the event of an accident, the rental vehicle shall not be moved until directed by the police. Furthermore no incriminating statements shall be made prior to consultation with a representative of the company insuring the vehicle.
• The vehicle may be used on Phuket Island and Phang-Nga Province only.
• The vehicle shall not be driven on unmade roads or on the beach.

No refund can be made if a tour participant fails to turn up for a pre-arranged tee-off time, or any other pre-arranged activity, unless at least 24 hours’ notice is provided to Phuket Golf Holiday. For cancellations made on the day before, Phuket Golf Holiday reserve the right to levy a 50% cancellation charge.

In the event that a tour participant is unable to play golf or take part in any other activity because of inclement weather, no charge will be made by Phuket Golf Holiday, and any monies pre-paid will be returned, provided that the decision not to participate is made before pick up of the participant by Phuket Golf Holiday.

Phuket Golf Holiday as the tour operator, and its representatives and selling agents act only as agents in securing and booking the air flights, hotel accommodation, golf course tee-off times and other tour services provided by others as independent contractors. Phuket Golf Holiday or the specified air carriers or transportation companies and its representatives and selling agents assume and accept no liability for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, inconvenience caused by any defect in the operation of any vehicle or conveyance or caused by the act, omission, neglect, delay or default of any person engaged in guiding or transporting a tour participant or in providing hotel accommodation or other tour services or caused by criminal act of any person or caused by any event which is beyond the control of Phuket Golf Holiday its representatives and selling agents or the specified air carriers and transportation companies. Phuket Golf Holiday reserve the right to cancel a tour if circumstances so require.

If any tour service or its reasonable equivalent is not provided due to events beyond the control of Phuket Golf Holiday and its representatives and selling agents, Phuket Golf Holiday will make an appropriate refund of that portion of the tour price covering the undelivered tour service, provided that Phuket Golf Holiday are able to recover the costs from the original tour service providers, but it is expressly understood and accepted that Phuket Golf Holiday shall have no other or further responsibility either for the accuracy of any representation or the non-provision of any tour or other services.

The responsibility and liability of the specified air carriers or other transportation companies in respect of their services are limited by and subject to the conditions of contract in the passenger ticket and applicable provisions of law and treaty.

All matters will be settled under the laws of Thailand.

In the case where the decision not to participate is made after pick up of the participant by Phuket Golf Holiday , the costs of transportation and staff time only will be levied by Phuket Golf Holiday .
